Refund policy

Roof Iconic Studio makes custom video ads for each customer. Because work starts right after payment, refunds work as follows.

Full refund

You receive a full refund if:

• we have not started your order yet. Email us with your order number; we confirm the cancellation the same day;
• we cannot make your ads from the material available (for example, your product page has no usable images) and you choose not to send more;
• we do not deliver within 7 days of the promised delivery time.

No refund after delivery

Once your ads are delivered, the order is not refundable. Instead you get:

• one round of changes, requested within 14 days of delivery;
• a free remake of any frame that shows your product differently from the real product.

Ad performance (sales, clicks, return on ad spend) is not a reason for a refund. We do not guarantee results.

Monthly plans

You can cancel any time before your next billing date. The current month is not refunded once that month's ads have been started.

How to ask

Email studio@rooficonic.com with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
