Shipping Policy

Free UPS Express shipping
Every order ships free with UPS Express to all 50 US states. There is no minimum order.

Processing time
Each piece is finished and packed by hand in our workshop in Istanbul. Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time
UPS Express delivers in 2–4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes
The price you see at checkout is the final price. Any import duties and fees are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you need to change your address, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 3 business days, or your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it with UPS and send a replacement or refund.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.
